When it comes to the cliched traveler move, it doesn’t get more quoting Jack Kerouac than staring into the distance at a breathtaking landscape while reflecting deeply on everything you’ve experienced.
I’ve named it the Wanderer pose, after my favourite painting by 19th century German painter Caspar David Friedrich: Wanderer Above the Sea of Fog.
